The WWWF U.S.A. Championship (often just referred to as the '''WWWF United States Championship''') was a short-lived title in the World Wide Wrestling Federation from 1970 until 1976. This title has no connection to the current WWE United States Championship , the lineage of which dates back to the NWA/WCW United States Championship originally created in 1975 in the Mid-Atlantic region.
