Woodland Animations was a British Animation company, responsible for the production of the Stop-motion animated series '' Postman Pat '', '' Gran '', '' Bertha '' and others. HISTORY Woodland Animations was founded in 1975 by Ivor Wood and his wife Josiane, specifically to produce series for the BBC. The company produced a number of shows, the most popular of which was Postman Pat . In 2001 Woodland was sold to Entertainment Rights . 1 2 PRODUCTIONS
