West Virginia Route 115 is a State Highway running south to north in Jefferson County in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle . The southern terminus of the route is at an interchange with U.S. Route 340 and West Virginia Route 9 south of Charles Town . The northern terminus is at WV 9 north of Ranson .


HISTORY

WV 115 is the old alignment of WV 9 through Ranson and Charles Town. It ceased being part of WV 9 when the WV 9/US 340 bypass was built.
