West Virginia Route 106 is an unsigned State Route for the Cable-stayed ''' East Huntington Bridge ''' crossing the Ohio River from the Guyandotte section of Huntington to Proctorville, Ohio . While unsigned from the ground, it is shown on maps as a labeled state route.

The northern approach (from State Route 7 ) is the recently-extended State Route 607 ; its southern terminus is a pair of ramps (northbound onramp from Fifth Avenue, southbound offramp to Third Avenue) connecting it to U.S. Route 60 .
