''Time's Up'' is the second album by the band Living Colour in August, 1990 (see 1990 In Music ). It features a wide range of genres and also includes a cameo appearances from Queen Latifah , Little Richard , Doug E. Fresh , and James Earl Jones . After the album was released, it reached Gold Status and later won a Grammy for best rock album of the year. It was the last album to feature Muzz Skillings on bass.
