Sporting BC is a Greek Basketball team , based in Athens , Greece . HISTORY A.O.Sporting was founded in 1936 from fellow countrymen of Istanbul. Seat of A.O.Sporting, Patissia and the address that is found the ground is Elia Zervou 89 and Sarantaporoy. Association fast they framed a lot of members, they helped in his progress. Aim of group is, according to his statute, is the systematic growth of possibilities of his athletes for his attendance in athletic spaces. Fightingly it began with the departments basketball and volleyball and with the time it created boxing,swimming and ping pong. Today it maintains only basketball department. A.O.Sporting, with his continuous action up to today, has distinguished place in the athletic spaces of our country. The idea of association passes from the old members and athletes , in the news with the himself, creative enthusiasm. A.O.Sporting in the 70 years of his action has elected big athletes, that many staffed and staff our national teams.
