Spokane Center is a facility located on the south bank of the Spokane River in Downtown Spokane, Washington . It consists of the 164,307 square foot Spokane Convention Center, and the INB Performing Arts Center . Spokane Center is owned and operated by the Spokane Public Facilities District (SPFD) .
