Shelton Jones (born April 4 1966 , in Copaigue, New York ) is a retired American professional Basketball player who was selected by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2nd round (27th overall) of the 1988 NBA Draft . Shelton played only one year in the NBA during the 1988-89 Season , spliting time with the Spurs, Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers . He played collegiately at St. John's University .
