Sculptured Software was founded by Bryan Brandenburg , George Metos and Peter Adams in 1984 . It was incorporated in the State Of Utah on July 12 , 1985 by George Metos with two investors (Michael Macris and Robert Burgener).
Sculptured Software Inc. was acquired (in an all stock transaction) by Acclaim Entertainment on October 9, 1995 , and renamed .
