Salt Grammar School is in Baildon ( Bradford ) and specialises in Maths and Computing. It is a mixed school of non denominational religion. Salts, as it is known, has been running as a school since 1896 and has two buildings known as "the old building" and "the new building". There is currently a new state of the art building being built which has been dated to complete in 2009/2010. UNIFORM The uniform at Salts is as listed: Girls
Plain navy or black skirt/trousers (not denim, leggings, tracksuit bottoms, cropped or combat trousers) White shirt with a collar suitable for a tie (not denim or polo shirts)
White, black or navy socks or navy tights Black shoes A suitable outdoor coat or jacket for winter Girls may wear a black or navy hijaab for religious reasons Summer term only:

TIMES School times are: 8.50-9:05 am: Form and Registration 9:05-10:05 am: Period 1 10:05-11:05 am: Period 2 11:00-11:20 am: 1st Break 11:20 am-12:20 pm: Period 3 12:20-1:20 pm: Period 4 1:20-2:00 pm: Lunch Break 2:00-3:00 pm: Period 5 3:00: School closes Salts have their own "Yellow Buses" which are ready to pick up the students at school closing time which currently cost 70p to ride. Other famous schloars at this school include : - Samuel Sexchange & Joe Pantalon , Frontmen of the electro/dance band Emperor Wang - - C.B Addams , Cultural Artist - - Jonathan Breen , Founder of the 'Sprachgefuhl' Movement. And also Whitey who starred in many adult films over the years along with Blackzilla as his co-host. |
