The league will be televised live for the first time following a deal with the broadcaster Sky Sports {Link without Title} . The televised matches will take place on Thursday evening and will begin on April 5 2007 with the match between the Widnes Vikings and Leigh Centurions . As yet the league has no main sponsor. National League One welcomes back the Castleford Tigers , relegated from the Super League in 2006. Dewsbury Rams and Sheffield Eagles gained promotion from National League Two. York City Knights and Oldham Roughyeds are relegated to National League Two.
