Roller Disco is episode 305 of '' That '70s Show ''. PLOT SUMMARY Jackie signs up Hyde to be her partner in a Roller Disco competition, but he refuses. Jackie, still mad at Kelso , declines his offer by stating that "any one of these guys would be a better partner than you, even Fez ." Taken by this sudden opportunity, Fez begins showing off his disco moves and finally wins Jackie over. Without Jackie, Kelso starts to confide in Donna as a friend, but she constantly teases him. Donna and Kelso go to the skating rink to watch Jackie and Fez, but Kelso constantly Boos and taunts them. Jackie and Fez end up winning the competition and Kelso becomes jealous. Later, Jackie gets drunk in Fez's car and in a drunken stupor, agrees to let him kiss her. After battling with the good and bad sides of his conscience ( Batman and The Riddler , respectively), Fez decides against it. As Donna consoles Kelso in the empty skating rink, Kelso makes a move on her. Eric beats Kelso up after learning what happened with Donna. Fez and Hyde quickly join in. Later a drunken Fez tries to undo what he ''didn't'' do the night before with Jackie, but faints when she says she doesn't remember what she said. Meanwhile, Red is being Sued by Earl Arthur for Wrongful Termination and has to defend himself at the labor board. Kitty tries to convince him not to lose his temper by laughing it off. Eric and Red go to the labor board and Eric is placed in an uncomfortable position when asked if Red has an ill temper. Red tries laughing it off but when Eric dances around the question Red calls him a dumbass. Red wins the lawsuit after Earl shows up an hour and ten minutes late for the meeting saying his dog got hit by a car, but the mediator suggests that Red take an anger management class.
