''Pullmantur Cruises'' is a Cruise Line operator in Spain . It began operations in the late 1990s by chartering M/S ''SeaWind Crown'' from Premier Cruises . After Premier Cruises collapsed in 2000 , Pullmantur acquired S/S ''Big Red Boat 1'', reverting her to her original name S/S ''Oceanic'' . After the collapse of Renaissance Cruises in 2002 , Pullmantur chartered several former Renaissance vessels. In March 2006 , the company acquired Pacific Sky from the P&O Cruises Australia fleet and renamed it Sky Wonder . Pullmantur was acquired by Royal Caribbean International in 2006.
