Pine Creek rises on the north side of Woodward Mountain near Haines Gap, on the south side of Penns Valley. It flows roughly west-southwest along the north side of the mountain to the vicinity of Coburn , where it is joined by Elk Creek and, at Coburn proper, joins Penns Creek. SEE ALSO REFERENCES
