The Pennsylvania Christian Teen Convention is currently held at the ''' Hilton Harrisburg and Towers ''', ''' Strawberry Square ''', and '''The Forum''', in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania . It is an annual Convention that has been held since 1983 . PAST THEMES 2004: ''Get In The Game'' In 2004, the convention was split for the first time, due to the growth in numbers attending. Grades 6-8 went to the middle school convention and grades 9-12 went to the high school convention. The convention was held February 27-29. Some of the speakers included Vince Antonucci and '''Mark Moore'''. The worship bands were the ''' Aaron Pelsue Band ''' and ''' Unsed '''. The evening activities included ''' Jim Labridla ''' (from The Santa Clause and Home Improvement ), and '''CPR''' (an Improv Comedy group). 2005: ''Just As You Are'' A few of the speakers were Mike Baker and ''' Tim Jones '''. The worship was led by ''' basic ''' and '''Brian Dicken'''. The evening events were ''' Slingshot57 ''' (whose music has been on MTV’s The Real World), ''' The Turning ''' (a Christian rock band), and prayer concerts. 2006: ''This Changes Everything'' A few of the main speakers included Jim Burgen and ''' Josh Finklea '''. The worship included '''Rob Harris''' and ''' .HEREtoday. '''. The evening activities included ''' Isaac Improv ''' (an group). 2007: ''Revolutionary'' The main speakers included Adam Ellis , ''' Joey Potter ''', ''' Jocelyn Haynes ''', and ''' Mike Delp '''. The worship included ''' Enter the Worship Circle ''' and ''' Josiah Potter '''. The evening activities included a prayer room, a coffeehouse, PCTC Download, and a concert featuring ''' Josiah Potter '''. 2008 THEME The theme for 2008 will be Leap. EXTERNAL LINKS |
