Pendergardens is a self-contained pedestrian development located in Paceville , St. Julian's , Malta . The Megaproject , which will cover an area of 18,500.m2, is currently under construction and is to be completed in 2012. GENERAL The residential area of the development will include luxurious villas, and Lowrise and Highrise apartment blocks, surrounding a large Piazza . Adjacent to this will be the commercial area, which will include Office Block s, restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as the Victorian ''Mercury House'', which will undergo restoration.
