As of January 2007, the PLT was In Force in 14 states. HISTORY It entered into force on , the Kyrgyz Republic , the Republic Of Slovenia , the Slovak Republic , the Federal Republic Of Nigeria , Ukraine , Republic Of Estonia , the Kingdom Of Denmark , the Republic Of Croatia and Romania . Subsequently it entered into force in Bahrain on December 15 , 2005 , in Finland on March 6 , 2006 , in the United Kingdom on March 22 , 2006 , and in Uzbekistan in July 19 , 2006 .
