Honolulu -based ''Pacific Business News'' is a weekly Publication of American City Business Journals, publisher of more than 40 business weeklies across the United States. Most of the content is Hawaii-specific. It was started in 1963 by entrepreneur George Mason and former '' Honolulu Star-Bulletin '' editor John Ramsey. In 1983 Mason sold the newspaper to ACBJ, though he continued to write a regular column for more than a decade after that. {Link without Title} . Publishing deadline is Wednesday and the newspaper is mailed Thursday for Friday delivery.
