Pacific Airlines is a Low-cost Airline based in Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam . It operates domestic and international services, as well as charter flights. HISTORY


The airline was established in 1991 , started operations in April 1991 and undergone a number of corporate restructurings since then. As result of the recent 2007 ownership change, the company is now owned by State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) of Vietnam, Saigon Tourist, its CEO Mr. Luong Hoai Nam and Qantas Airways of Australia.

On 13 February 2007 Pacific Airlines changed its business model to become the first Vietnamese lowcost airline operating domestic and regional flights.


SERVICES

Pacific Airlines is the only Vietnamese ticketless airline offering 100% e-ticketing and online credit card payment facility via its website {Link without Title} , as well as 24/24 7/7 telephone reservation services to customers via its call centers 9.550.550 in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. For those who don't have yet credit cards, more than 200 travel agencies throughout Vietnam can offer all flight booking and ticketing services.
