The organisation takes its name from Outlook, the first of three courses they deliver. Outlook typically lasts for three days, '''Essence''' for four, and '''The Summit''' for six. Participants on Essence must first complete Outlook, and on The Summit participants must have completed both Outlook ''and'' Essence.
