The concert is perhaps the most sedate of the three performances, due to the nature of the content, and attracts a much more culturally aware audience. It rarely exceeds the estimated 100 000 plus crowds that the two previous concerts enjoy each year, but the numbers have increased significantly in recent years as awareness of the event has grown.
