HISTORY

Open-E GmbH was founded on September 9, 1998 in Bremen , Germany . The company was specializing in introducing, creating market presences, and selling interesting, innovative IT products with the manufacturers of these products, but also for them, as a Virtual Subsidiary.

As a second business activity, Open-E in late 2001 established its own software team, focusing on building easy storage software for small, middle-sized and large system builders.
