Subway , and a small food court. The Ocean County Mall is the only enclosed mall in
Ocean County . It is a popular destination for tourists in the Toms River area during the summer season. Regular mall hours are 10:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
The mall's interior was completely renovated in 2003. The seating and lounge areas throughout the mall are donated by
Deborah Heart And Lung Center . The lounge areas have brochures and televisions where shoppers can check their health and learn more about Deborah. Deborah also sponsors a
Mall Walking club, "Deborah's Healthy Hearts Club". Membership is free and upon joining members receive a membership card, a complimentary gift and a list of discounts available to members at participating Ocean County Mall stores.
The Ocean County Mall opens for mall-walking at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. The mall has designed a Self-Paced Walking Program for health-conscious individuals in a controlled environment. There is a stretch of discolored tile around the perimeter of the mall with numbers engraved marking walking distance.
