ATHLETICS Oak Bay has a very strong athletics program with its Cross Country and Track And Field team being one of the most successful in British Columbia and with a strong Rugby team enjoying a long running rivalry with St. Michaels University School . Oak Bay High has also enjoyed recent success in the B.C. Track and Field Championships. For the first time in B.C. track history, Oak Bay won the "Triple Crown".
