Norske Skog Parenco is a Paper Mill located in Renkum in the Netherlands . The mill is part of the Norske Skog Corporation. It has two paper machines and produces 460,000 tonnes of Newsprint annually. 75% of the materials for the plant are waste paper. The mill, located on the Rhine , is the only producer of newsprint in the Netherlands.
