The Commission has three Bureaus: Enforcement and Licensing, which enforces the state's liquor laws; Marketing and Sales, which operates the state's liquor stores; and Administrative Services. There are three Commissioners, one of whom is the Chairman; As Of 2006 , that position is held by Anthony C. Maiola.
