Was born on 13th March, 1944 at Bungoma, a Catholic by religion. Joined Misikhu Primary School for his Elementary education,then proceeded to continue at Rakwaro Primary School, then moved on to Mumias, then Nyeri High School and undertook his undergraduate studies at The University of Nairobi, majoring in Economics. He is currently the member of Paliament representing Webuye first elected in 1992 to date.He has served in the Kenyan Government as The Assistant Minister for Planning, Minister for Regional Development and Minister for Local Government. Musikari Nasi Kombo is currently the Chairman of Ford-Kenya . One of the Clean remaining politicians in Kenya n history, seen by many as being forcussed and results oriented. Generally speaks less and acts more. He took over the Local government Ministry in Late 2003 being the most failed Ministry in Kenya, with alot of scandals ranging from illegal land allocation, physical fighting of councilors and selling or road reserves to well connected Individuals. Slowly and with time Kenya ns have started seing good results, he has turned around a Ministry that had failed for over 20 Years in only 4 Years. Kombos dreams are Hampered by monetary issues and being a sincere politician he peddles less lies where as people are mostly moved by rumour mongers. HIS ROOTS Musikari Kombo hails from the larger Luhya Community Bukusu sub tribe Balunda clan(descendants of Mulunda, Believed to have Migrated into Congo from East Africa). Other links
