manage the digital infrastructure of the MSC Malaysia area (through its MSCTC subsidiary) and security (through its Trustgate subsidiary, which is also a commercial service)

encourage investment in MSC Malaysia businesses (through its MSCVC subsidiary)

advise the government on the development of technology-related laws

maintain the MSC Malaysia's commercial and residential services
