Morton Ann Gernsbacher




Morton Ann Gernsbacher is Vilas Research Professor & Sir Frederic Bartlett Professor of Psychology at University Of Wisconsin-Madison . She is also the president of the Association For Psychological Science .

She has a B.A. from University Of North Texas , a M.S from University Of Texas At Dallas , and a PH.D from the University Of Texas At Austin in Human Experimental Psychology.

She is a specialist in Autism and Psycholinguistics , and has written and edited professional and lay books on these subjects, and over 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. Her own son, Drew, was diagnosed as autistic in the spring of 1998.
