Information AboutMobile Clubbing |
|
Mobile Clubbing is the meeting of multiple persons with portable audio players, in most cases with ear phones on public places. It is unclear, where the origin of mobile clubbing is. Since 2004 such actions were observed in several cities around the globe. Especially in stations of the London Underground, this trend was found. The press called mobile clubbing as succeeder of flash mobs. The events are posted via the internet. There are the following rules:
POSSIBLE FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS Mobile clubbing may allow in future the development of new dance styles, if it is applied at suitable locations. For example, one can think of artistic dances on trees or other objects (similar to those, which took place at Loveparade ), if the participiants would climb up there and do there their mobile clubbing. Mobile clubbing using earphones may be therefore very suitable, as not much noise occurs, which could result in trouble with authorities, as such actions may be illegal in most cases. Mobile clubbing can be used however for developing dances of any kind, which are impossible or inpracticable in "normal clubs", either as they require special features of the location, require too much place or are too dangerous.
