The Chronicle's first issue had a circulation of 5,000 copies. In 1944, long-time publisher Longworth Quinn joined Martin at the Chronicle. The paper is considered to have "arrived" at this point. Originally located at 1727 St. Antoine, the Michigan Chronicle is now located at 479 Ledyard. The current publisher is Sam Logan. He'd left the Chronicle in the early 2000s to start a new paper, the Michigan FrontPage. Logan subsequently returned, bringing the FrontPage with him. It's now published as a sister paper to the Chronicle.- Source: The Michigan Chronicle newspaper.
