Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national non-profit organization that endeavors to change the underrepresenation of minorities in leadership positions and in the institutions that develop talent, such as the first-tier MBA programs and companies. It was founded by John Rice in 1994 . As of 2002 , MLT launched a MBA Prep program. From MLT's MBA Prep program, 55% of applicants to top MBA programs in 2005 were accepted compared to the 18% for all applicants. In addition, over 90% of MLT students were accepted into one of their top three business schools. Furthermore, MLT students scored an 600 out of 800 on the Graduate Management Admissions Test ( GMAT ), whereas only 30% of all persons taking the GMAT score this high. |
