Lewis contributes eight clubs to the League and Harris contributes one. The league is fully liscened with the Scottish Amateur Football Association and each club competes in the Highland Amateur Cup annualy, with member clubs winning the cup three times in the last four years, with Lochs AFC winning it twice and Back Fc winning it once.
