Short-term and long-term parking is available at the station for visitors and travelers. Currently, the cost is $3.00 for a 24-hour period for long-term parking and $0.50 per half hour for short-term parking. The VIA station is also served by Kingston Transit . Two routes currently stop at the station, offering service to both downtown Kingston (via the Kingston Centre , St. Lawrence College , Queen's University and eventually to the Rideau Heights section of town), as well as the west end including the Cataraqui Town Centre .
