Kent Beck




Kent Beck is the creator of Extreme Programming and is one of the signers of the Agile Manifesto .

Beck has pioneered Software Patterns , the rediscovery of Test-driven Development and the commercial application of Smalltalk . Beck popularised CRC Card s with Ward Cunningham and created the JUnit unit testing framework along with Erich Gamma .

Kent Beck has an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University Of Oregon .
