The Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums (JAZA) is an organisation for the Japan ese zoo and aquarium community. JAZA was established in 1939 as a voluntary organization. Currently, JAZA has 159 members of zoos and aquariums in Japan. Its mission is to protect precious nature and animals.
