IN THE NEWS An Issaquah School District bus driver now identified as Staci LaManna was fired in September 2006 when she allegedly "flipped off" United States President George W. Bush in June of 2006 while she was transporting a group of students back from a field trip to the Woodland Park Zoo . The 43-year-old driver has filed a union grievance for wrongful termination. She was subsequently hired, for a brief period, as a substitute bus driver in the nearby Renton School District . Sources now state that LaManna has been fired from the Renton School District just three months after she was hired. It is unknown whether LaManna has reclaimed her position in the Issaquah School District or has taken another job in the same, or a different "profession". EXTERNAL LINKS
