The International Academy for the Promotion of Scientific Research ('''IAPSR'''), formerly the International Academy for the Promotion of Historical Studies (IAPHS), was co-founded in 1974 by Prof. Dr. Parks Grant and graduate fellow Carl Edwin Lindgren . MEMBERS The IAPSR has about 150 Senior Academicians, Academicians and Associates in 25 countries. IAPSR has Office in the USA . Membership is free, however, according to their website, they "do expect donations", IAPSR site and members may be removed for "lack of... donations". Honorary President is Dr. Stanislaw W. Dumin (Russia).
