A Human act is, in the broadest sense an activity carried out by a Human Being . This therefore includes all internal activities, including the circulation of Blood , and external ones also too, such as Growth and Reflexes . Human acts are characterised by being deliberate, in the sense that the human in question performs the activity with awareness or Consiousness of what they are doing are about to do. Also, human acts are performed freely, in that the carrying out of the act is optional. Furthermore, a human act is voluntary, meaning the human in question acts in accordance with its own Will . This is also known as the intention of the agent. |
