The ghost catshark, ''Apristurus manis'', is a Cat Shark of the Family Scyliorhinidae found on the Continental Slope s in the northwest Atlantic from off Massachusetts , and the northeast Atlantic from the Porcupine Bank west of Ireland , at depths of between 600 and 1,900 m. Its length is up to 85 cm.

Reproduction is Oviparous .
