Franklin A. Oberlaender, b. 3 December , 1960 was born in Frankfurt , Germany and lives in Berlin since 1987. He studied psychology, economics and sociology and graduated with a Ph.D. in sociology and medical sciences. Since 1990 he was for 15 ys. a clinical psychologist in mental health hospital. He was also part-time lecturer at the TU and FU, psychological expert at law and well known TV mediator. He has published on several topics, among them biographical research, law and mental health.
