Forensic Economist




A Forensic economist is a person who performs economic damage evaluations and provides expert witness testimony for purposes of civil litigation. A doctorate degree in economics is the usual qualification of forensic economists. Other persons that provide economic damages related testimony include persons with graduate degrees in business/finance/accounting, Certified Public Accountants, and vocational rehabilitation specialists.
