The Chief Executive announced in October 2005 in his Policy Address the plan to restructure the department into a new Food Safety, Inspection And Quarantine Department , with the responsibility of environmental hygiene transferred to the Agriculture, Fisheries And Conservation Department , which is to be renamed Agriculture, Fisheries, Environmental Hygiene And Conservation Department . RE-ORGANISATION OF POLICY BUREAUX Because of Re-organisation of Policy Bureaux, which will be effective on July 1 , 2007 , FEHD was divided into two bureaux: HEALTH EDUCATION EXHIBITION AND RESOURCES CENTRE It now manages Health Education Exhibition And Resources Centre in Kowloon Park . |
