Fathers United For Equal Rights and the Women's Coalition http://fathersforvirginia.org/chapters.htm an affiliate of Children's Rights Council http://gocrc.com/ is a non-profit advocacy and support group based in Northern Virginia and Maryland that is a support group for fathers and mothers going through a divorce and Child Custody.
Fathers United believe that the Best Parent is BOTH Parents. It was founded in 1976 by Paul Robinson & Robert Seidenberg and a group of fathers who felt that the Virginia's Family Courts did not consider them competent to be active Father and Parents, or have custody of their children, when their marriages ended in divorce.
