Mailings are collated quarterly: February, May, August and September. Members are expected to produce at least eight pages of material ''per annum'' (in the case of new members, this minimum activity or "minac" must be completed nine months into their first year). As of May 2007, the annual fee is US$15; further details can be obtained from the secretary-treasurer, Robert Lichtman.
