Evansburg is a Hamlet in Yellowhead County , west-central Alberta, Canada . It lies 100 km to the west of Edmonton via the Yellowhead Highway in the Drayton Valley district atop a high plateau between the North Saskatchewan and Pembina Rivers.

Evansburg is named after Harry Marshall Erskine Evans , former Edmonton mayor and advisor to the Government Of Alberta . It is home to the Pembina River Provincial Park .
