The Engineering Laboratory at Marshall University will be located near the corner of 3rd Avenue and Hal Greer Blvd. in Huntington, West Virginia 1. HISTORY On April 20 , 2007 , the Engineering Laboratory design was unveiled at ''Marshall University's Alumni Weekend'' . Construction on the $3.5 million facility is expected to begin in August and be completed by fall 2008. It is part of Phase I of the future Engineering Complex.
