The seats envisaged for the National Assembly by Proportional Representation are distributed among those party lists, which have received at least 5 % of the total of the number of the votes. Armenia has a Multi-party system, with numerous Parties in which no one party often has a chance of gaining power alone, and Parties must work with each other to form Coalition Government s.
