The Deutsche Bank Championship is a PGA Tour golf tournament that occurs every year on Labor Day weekend. The tournament began in 2003 and is held at the Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts . The title sponsor, Deutsche Bank , has announced it will sponsor this event in Boston through 2010. Unlike most tournaments, this tournament is intended to end on a Monday due to its scheduling near Labor Day. The purse for 2007 was $7,000,000, with $1,260,000 to the winner.

The tournament is part of the FedEx Cup starting in 2007, which is a new playoff series of tournaments to which the overall points winner receives ten million dollars.
