Deer Park is a Railway Station in Melbourne , Victoria , Australia , located in the suburb of Deer Park , on the Melton railway line. It is in Metcard Zone 2. Deer Park station is unmanned. LOCATION The station is located at the western end of the Mount Derrimut Road level crossing. FACILITIES The station consists of two platforms, in an island format. The island platform contains a small pebblemix shelter. A small Metcard machine is located inside the shelter, which dispenses only selected ticketing options. The island platform can be accessed via Mount Derrimutt Road. HISTORY Deer Park station opened on Wednesday, 2 April 1884 . |
